Week 2:SalesGuru Produces a professional and bespoke training and coaching programme (to include Independent Staff Interviewing, One to one Motivational Assesment, Team and Individual Goal Setting, KPI Analysis, Team Incentives Observation and Roleplay) tailored to achieving the necessary immediate improvements. At this stage your SalesGuru Business Consultant takes the role of your personal advisor to deliver the training programme and should be enabled with temporary management powers to allow them to potentially act as your "foil" in the event of staff conflict or reluctance to adapt to necessary changes. This out-sourced "Good cop, Bad cop" tactic has been proven to be an effective means of enforcing percieved "tough changes and decisions" on unreceptive staff whilst maintaining the positive atmosphere, respect and loyalty between the direct line manager and employees. Note: All training is delivered "on the job" and will not obstruct the daily running of the business. Week 3:Your SalesGuru - Business Growth Consultant puts in place the identified ongoing KPI and performance management criterias to measure and ensure progressive improvements over the coming weeks. Your Sales Guru Business Consultant monitors the effects and results of the training through weekly KPI assesment, staff one to ones and 3 further Sales Guru Mystery shop visits. At the end of the three week assignment, your SalesGuru - Business Growth Consultant compiles a complete evaluation of improvements, goals met and results including recommendation for future growth and development. At this stage our clients often book further Mystery Shop Assesments and Refresher Training for future months and discuss potential staff reinforcement and replacement options. (See below).
